Wanted: A three-digit number

We are interested in three-digit (integer) numbers that have the form n+\sqrt{n}, where n is also supposed to be an integer.

An example of such a number would be 100 + \sqrt{100} = 100 + 10 = 110. Of course, this is not the largest number of this type. But what is the largest one?

Are you interested in my solution?

It’s free — for the love of mathematics …
